Extreme Couponing Tip: Stockpiling for Small Households
"Is it worth it to stockpile if I live alone or there's just 2 of us?"
Definitely! Stockpiling is savvy, even for small households. You may not need a pantry full or packed cupboards, but having extras of what you use and eat will save you money in the long run! Buy a few extras when there's a great sale price to pair with a coupon and store them for later. Then, when you run out of an item, shop your stockpile instead of running to the store to pay full price. Great extras to have on hand include: oral care products, baking supplies, peanut butter and jam, canned soup, laundry & dish soap, tuna, cereal, cake or brownie mix, printer paper, writing utensils, tissues, toilet paper, and feminine products. If you have a pet, consider buying an extra toy, box of treats, or small bag of food when there's a great sale.
