Homemade Ranch Dressing

Homemade Ranch Dressing

Most of my recipes are quick and easy. But there are a few things that are worth a little extra effort.

Like homemade ranch dressing.

If you've never tried the homemade version, then you will flip for this. Even if you're not a huge ranch fan. Promise.

Homemade Ranch Dressing

Ingredients
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 3/4 c. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbs. olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbs. fresh chives, diced
  • 1 Tbs. fresh parsley, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. fresh ground black pepper
Instructions
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until thoroughly combined. Add extra buttermilk for a thinner dressing (will thicken slightly in the refrigerator). Refrigerate in air tight container for 1-2 weeks.

Look at this beautifulness.

I'm thinking about framing this picture and mounting it above my mantle. Would that be wrong?
